An assessment is an in-depth interview regarding a person's mental health or history of substance use. Evidence based self report tools assist to supplement the detailed interview. This allows us to provide the most accurate diagnosis and recommendations that will best serve the client. Results of the assessment are shared with the client in the form of an assessment report as well as recommendations and referrals to appropriate treatment options in the community. Assessments are confidential.

Some people need fast and accessible substance use assessments because of a recent OVI/DUI arrest. Others are interested in hearing from another trusted professional if their mental health diagnosis is accurate. 

Initial consultations are free. Assessments/evaluations are by appointment only.
